These cooking sheets make it so easy! Just place a cooking sheet in your frying pan, dish or oven. Place the food to be cooked on the sheet without oil or fat: Reduces calorie content by up to 80%, but your food remains just as tasty and full of vitamins. Cooks without odour or splashing. These cooking sheets are non-stick. Extremely simple to clean: just wash with water... then tidy away, ready to re-use at least 1000 times on both sides. Extremely economical! Addie, 20/08/2009 they work so well I've ordered more of these because they work so well, far better than even my non-stick baking trays. I'm eager to try one on a brownie recipe which was delicious but stuck horribly to a well- greased baking pan.



Joy, 19/11/2008 Perfect! Absolutely brilliant especially for low fat roasting - just spray parboiled potatoes with a little oil and roast on the cooking sheet. Perfect!
