Beef bourgignon, estouffade, casseroles, chicken, etc. - these dishes all usually require hours of cooking, but now you can prepare them in 10-15 minutes! Chicken with peppers:
2 chicken legs
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
200 g broccoli
4 potatoes
1 cube chicken stock
Salt and pepper

Place chicken in turbo dish with peppers and finely cubed potatoes. Add broccoli, salt and pepper. Dissolve chicken stock in 1 measuring cup of water and pour into dish. Cook in microwave on high for 15 mins with the valve open. Remove from oven and serve!
