With its black ceramic blade, as hard as a diamond and as sharp as a razor blade, this knife is the veritable "Rolls Royce" of bread knives. This serrated blade, which allows you to cut bread and baguettes accurately, is hard wearing and needs no sharpening. It is anti-corrosive, does not reatin odours and only needs a rinse under the tap to clean. An effective kitchen tool which is very easy to use with its ergonomic handle that is soft to the touch (ABS with carbon style plastic). 27 cm long approx. Comes in a box.
