Sheila, 24/02/2012 very convenient It is impossible to get a perfectly cooked soft egg. The yoke cooks quicker than the white. Even when the yoke is hard some parts of the white will still be soft. The egg also often explodes and the lid blows off. I am going to experiment with lower levels of microwave and see if I can get better results. It is very convenient though if you don't mind a hard egg.
