Q1. Is ordering online safe and secure?

To ensure secure payments online, Temps L has taken all measures necessary to guarantee the confidentiality and security of information sent via Internet. This website therefore uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment module managed by ATOS. Paying by credit/debit card on a secure SSL site is as safe as it would be on the high street.

VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted on http://www.tempsl.com.

Q3. Where should I send my cheque?

Q1. I understand that I will receive a gift with my order. However, the gift does not interest me. How can I be sure I don't receive it?

On the Order Summary webpage, simply un-tick the box next to "Your Gifts" if you do not wish to receive the gift.

Q2. The gift you offer does not suit me. May I receive a different gift?

Every month, we select a gift and special offer for you. Because your satisfaction is our number one priority, if, for whatever reason, our selection does not suit you, you may change it . It's as easy as pie - simply click on "change gifts" and follow the instructions.

Q1. How can I view the contents of my shopping basket?

It's very simple! You may view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on "My Basket" at the upper right-hand side of the screen, just above the two gift display boxes and the "Favourites" tab.

Q2. How do I place a quick order?

It's very simple! Have your Temps L catalogue handy. Click on "Quick order" at the upper left-hand side of the screen, just under the "Kitchen" tab and just above the box with "First time, Subscribe to our newsletter and site map". Enter the product reference and quantity for each item and validate your order.


EXCHANGE, RETURN, REFUND

Q1. If I am not satisfied with a product, what should I do?

We recommend you return the item to us by recommended mail in order to exchange it. Please include the right-hand section of your bill, the back of which you should fill out completely.

Q2. How long are the products guaranteed?

You will be refunded for any item that is damaged, faulty or unsuitable or this item will be replaced free of charge within one year from puchase, subject to normal conditions of use (this excludes underwear, bathing suits, footwear, cosmetics and items of hygiene, razors, epilators, disposable items, etc.).

To update your personal details, simply login to your personal account and click on "Your personal details". Any changes you make will be saved automatically.

Q2. I cannot find my customer reference. What can I do?

You have a few options.You can login to your personal account and request that your reference be sent to you by email. You can also phone our call centre at 01 481 747 758 from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. A hotline assistant will be happy to assist you.
